The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience working with various tools for data analysis and management.Requirements: Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / Business At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in sales or proposal managementTechnical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and support decision-making processes Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and creating dashboards and charts Understanding of IT security standards and data protection regulations, particularly in handling customer data Response document/presentation content creation support in collaboration with sales and solution teamsPersonal Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal German Language proficiency at least B1 Level Mandatory Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
