Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and relationship-drivenAccount Managerto oversee client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, manage their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions. Manage account performance, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver account performance reports and presentations. Address and resolve client issues promptly. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth. Ensure all client interactions align with company policies and service standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT services, FMCG, advertising]. Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and reporting. Ability to identify and capitalize on upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
