This is a mixed role- Account management as well as Business Development for our Recruitment services.The LHR Group is a 20 year old search firm focused on mid senior levels, i.e. 30 LPA to 2 CrPA CTC ranges typically. We have a wide range of clientele - across Top Conglomerates, MBB and other consulting firms, large MNCs and top startups.We are seeking a dynamicSales mindset personto join our team and manage client relationships while building a career in the recruitment industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your relationship-building skills while developing expertise in talent acquisition and management.Key Responsibilities - You will have a revenue responsibility that you will need to deliver.
