Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.Roles and Responsibilities:● Lead all the creation & execution of CRM journeys & automations to boost customer conversion & promotional communications for a specific LOB ● Manage cross functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on the set campaign objectives ● Innovate on new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing the deliverability ● Partner closely with both Growth Manager, technical, and creative colleagues across the organization, including product managers, engineers, experience designers, content strategists, researchers, creatives, legal, operations, policy, and PR. ● Anchor project briefs and serve as a SPOC for campaign execution and RCAs ● Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.Skills and Qualifications:● 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies. ● Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred ● Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams, and lead cross functional teams more broadly. ● An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies. ● Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiativesEmeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
