About Us ItsyToys is a growing toy & collectibles store in Bengaluru, specializing in diecast cars, return gifts, DIY kits, and toys for all ages. Along with our physical store, we are building a strong online presence through Instagram, Facebook, , Flipkart, and our website. We are looking for a Shop Manager who can oversee daily store operations, customer sales, inventory, and online platforms. Key Responsibilities In-Store Management Manage day-to-day shop operations and customer service. Supervise sales, billing, and product display. Handle bulk and return gift orders. Inventory & Catalog Maintain stock records for offline & online sales. Update product catalog with pricing, descriptions, and photos. Track best-sellers and ensure timely restocking. E-Commerce & Social Media Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and website orders (processing, packing, dispatch). Upload & update products online. Post 1 engaging update daily on Instagram & Facebook (reels, stories, or product highlights). Reply to customer queries online. Requirements Experience in retail store management and e-commerce platforms. Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and Canva for basic social media posts. Good communication in English + Hindi/Kannada. Organized, customer-focused, and proactive. Comfortable working 10 AM – 9 PM (full day). Minimum 12th pass or graduate What We Offer Salary + performance-based incentives.
