Merchandiser / Sampling & Production Coordinator Pune (On-site) Full-Time About the RoleWe’re looking for a Merchandiser / Sampling & Production Coordinator  to act as the bridge between designers and manufacturers . You’ll ensure every collection moves smoothly from design → sampling → bulk production , while tracking raw materials, approving samples, and maintaining timelines. At Bad and Boujee , your work will make sure our creative vision turns into high-quality drops, delivered on schedule . What You’ll DoShare accurate tech packs  & design intent with vendors. Coordinate all samples  (proto, fit, PP, bulk) → approvals with design & ops. Track raw materials  (fabric, trims, labels, packaging) → no delays. Maintain production calendar  aligned with drop launches. Conduct QC checks  during sampling & ensure bulk matches approved samples. Report weekly to Creative Head + Head of Ops . Who You Are1–3 yrs experience in merchandising / production coordination  (apparel). Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction . Excel / Google Sheets savvy for trackers & dashboards. Excellent communicator with vendors + design team. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive. Success MetricsSampling TAT: Proto → PP in . 95%+ on-time production readiness . 100% raw materials ready  before bulk start. QC rejections  post-approval. Smooth design ↔ ops handovers.
