Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandiser to manage our jewelry collections from concept to delivery. The role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards. Candidates with strong jewelry industry knowledge and merchandising expertise are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product merchandising and assortment strategies. Collaborate with design and production on product development. Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors. Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles. Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues. Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools. Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis. Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines. Lead product launches from concept to rollout. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow. Qualifications: 3–5 years’ experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred). Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences. Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain. Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus. Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
