As our Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand in our flagship space - offering a refined shopping experience, leading a motivated team, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the elegance and ethos of WeaveinIndia. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Experience & Sales Deliver a personalized and luxurious in-store experience to every client Achieve sales targets while building strong, long-term client relationships. Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support with grace. 2. Store Operations Oversee daily store functions including inventory, VM (visual merchandising), and stock management. Ensure the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance. Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports. 3. Team Leadership Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals. Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency. Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture. 4. Brand Representation Uphold the WeaveinIndia ethos in all client interactions. Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations. Act as a brand ambassador, communicating WeaveinIndia’s values and craftsmanship story.
