Assistant Retail Store Manager

Role Overview The Assistant Retail Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service to pet parents, managing deliveries, coordinating spa appointments, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement– Attend to pet parents, understand their needs, recommend suitable products and services. Spa & Appointment Management– Schedule, confirm, and coordinate spa appointments ensuring timely service delivery. Deliveries & Logistics– Oversee and coordinate in-store pickups, home deliveries, and online order fulfillment. Visual Merchandising (VM)– Maintain store displays, ensure product placement aligns with brand guidelines, and implement seasonal or promotional setups. Store Operations Support– Assist the Store Manager in inventory management, daily cash handling, and compliance with operational SOPs. Team Collaboration– Support, guide, and coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth daily functioning. Requirements Prior experience in retail or customer service (pet care industry preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of inventory and order management systems. Comfortable working around pets and handling them when required.
