We are looking for asmart, organized, and client-focused Real Estate Assistantto support our Realty team in property management, client coordination, and sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist inproperty research , market analysis, and database management. Maintain and updateproperty listingswith accurate details, images, and pricing. Coordinatesite visitswith clients, brokers, and internal sales team. Support in draftingsales proposals, agreements, and marketing materials . Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships. Prepareweekly and monthly sales reportsfor management review. Manage inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Assist in organizingreal estate events, open houses, and promotional activities .QualificationsEducation: Graduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales support, property management, or a similar client-facing role. Excellentcommunication skillsin English & Hindi. Proficient inMS Office, Google Workspace , and familiar with CRM tools. Strongorganizational skillsand attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
