We're looking for aCommunity Engagement Internto help us grow our presence across Reddit, Instagram, and online communities relevant to our brand and clients. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys being online, understands how different platforms work, and knows how to contribute without sounding salesy or spammy.What You’ll Do: Actively engage in relevant subreddits, forums, and Instagram comment threads Post meaningful comments, replies, and questions to spark conversations Share content (when appropriate) in an authentic, community-first way Identify trending discussions and plug our product or clients where relevant Track engagement and report on community sentiment and reactions Collaborate with the content team to improve messaging and outreachYou’re a Great Fit If You: Are fluent in Reddit culture, Instagram trends, and how people engage online Know the difference between valuable contributions vs. promotional spam Have strong writing skills and a natural tone for online conversation Are curious, proactive, and enjoy digging into internet subcultures Bonus: Have experience moderating or growing online communities
