The ideal candidate will be proactive in interacting with audiences, creating engagement opportunities, and helping brands build strong online communities organically.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily engagement activities on client and Facebook pages. Actively interact with followers through comments, messages, and community discussions. Plan and execute creative engagement activities such as polls, Q&A sessions, contests, and interactive posts. Research and apply trending engagement formats and conversation starters relevant to each client's industry. Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure all interactions align with brand voice and tone. Monitor post-performance and suggest engagement improvement ideas. Identify potential leads or brand advocates through engagement activities. RequirementsStrong understanding of and Facebook engagement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for social media and community building. Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
