Digital Transformation Leader We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives in the oil and gas field services domain. This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to develop and implement digital solutions that enhance field operations, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements. Define and execute digital strategies aligned with customer goals and field service needs in the oil and gas sector. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality, tailored digital solutions. Lead end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned execution. Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with strong leadership and mentoring. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in oil and gas; recommend and implement enhancements. Your Profile To be considered for this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation/project management are a plus. 15+ years in digital solution development, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector. Proven track record in leading digital transformation and large-scale initiatives. Strong knowledge of digital technologies (software development, IoT, cloud). Familiarity with industry-specific platforms is a plus. Skilled in agile, SAFE, or managed services delivery models. Strong data-driven decision-making and process improvement capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
