As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive paid media plans that maximize efficiency and campaign performance with AI tools. Drive paid media strategy and execution for large brands in the US Create data-driven campaign optimizations to drive client ROI Build sales-winning audits and pitch decks for new clients Stay on top of platform updates across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft ads The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, self-starter who is passionate about media and has a strong understanding of the paid media landscape in the US market. 3+ years experience running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms Strong understanding of conversion tracking and revenue attribution Successful history of optimizing medium to large budget ad spends Experience building out strategy decks and account audits Comfortable with data analysis and reporting on performance Proficiency in advanced AI tools Bonus points if you have experience with auditing new client paid media accounts, Pinterest, Snapchat, or Amazon ads, working with enterprise clients.
