Our platform helps businesses drive growth, improve retention, and automate engagement using AI, CRM, and omnichannel messaging. We're searching for the right marketing formula — and that's where you come in as our Growth Marketer. As a Growth Marketer, you'll work directly with our founder to shape strategy, test new ideas, and figure out what works. You'll be responsible for designing and running structured growth experiments across multiple channels. Your primary goal will be to identify, validate, and scale the marketing channels that drive consistent pipeline. This role requires a generalist mindset, comfortable running experiments across multiple channels. You'll analyze performance data to quickly double down on wins and cut losses. Your messaging and positioning will resonate with U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs. Collaboration with sales ensures marketing → pipeline → revenue alignment. You'll build early playbooks for a repeatable demand generation engine and advise on when to transition experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of growth/demand gen experience in B2B SaaS (bonus if SMB-focused). You should be hands-on with tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, analytics platforms, and have a proven record of taking companies from start-up phase to growth stage. Key responsibilities: Design and run structured growth experiments across multiple channels. Analyze performance data to optimize marketing efforts. Develop effective messaging and positioning for U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs. Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless alignment between marketing, pipeline, and revenue.
