Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who is both a strategist and executor—someone who can run world-class campaigns and deliver results across multiple clients and platforms.About The RoleWe’re seeking a go-to marketing operator who knows how to generate leads and conversions at the best ROI. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and organic platforms, while harnessing the latest AI and automation tools to optimize performance.This role is for someone who thrives in agency-style environments—able to juggle multiple clients, stay highly organized, and deliver real, tangible results.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, and more). Design and run EDM and cold outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Zoho Campaigns, or similar. Set up CRM automations and nurture workflows for cold, warm, and hot leads. Mine, segment, and activate customer data to boost targeting and ROI. Monitor analytics across Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and advanced tracking platforms to measure success and optimize. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and high-quality execution. Deliver weekly performance reports, including actionable insights for clients and founders. Be hands-on in experimentation with AI-driven campaign optimization and creative testing.What We’re Looking ForProven experience running performance marketing campaigns in both B2B and B2C segments. Strong track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and ROI delivery. Hands-on expertise with platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools. Mastery of automation and outreach tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, and CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Excellent written and spoken English communication skills—you’ll represent us to clients directly. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action. Resilient, accountable, and thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments.
