About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and growing our brand community.Key Responsibilities·Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals. ·Manage daily operations of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). ·Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, stories, and reels. ·Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance to achieve ROI. ·Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) to drive engagement and authenticity. ·Drive and manage Influencer Marketing campaigns to expand brand reach. ·Collaborate with external agencies for creative production, media planning, and campaign execution. ·Strengthen brand building initiatives through consistent messaging and storytelling. ·Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. ·Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand voice. ·Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community. ·Track trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead. ·Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and industry best practices.Requirements:·3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing. ·Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts. ·Hands-on experience with social media tools & analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.). ·Strong understanding of paid campaigns, content strategy, UGC, and influencer collaborations. ·Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills. ·Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams. ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ·Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
