We cater to 450+ SKU's divided in various modes of a person's life using eyewear.What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels Own and scale ROAS-driven strategies while experimenting with new customer acquisition funnels Monitor analytics daily — turn data into actionable insights ️ Collaborate with creative and product teams to tailor ad messaging by segment and platform Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages Build custom performance dashboards and reportsWhat We’re Looking For: ✅ 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (preferably in D2C or e-commerce) ✅ Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 ✅ Familiar with attribution tools ✅ A data-obsessed mindset with creative intuition ✅ Bonus: Experience with eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle brandsWhy Join Us?
