Position: Execution Specialist (Digital Media) Job Location: RemoteRole Overview We are seeking an Execution Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in DV360, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Video (YouTube) platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and day-to-day management of live campaigns. The Execution Specialist ensures campaigns are built accurately, optimized in-flight, and delivered against agreed KPIs, while working closely with the Media Planner and Client Services (CSS).Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Setup & Trafficking ● Build and activate campaigns in DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads (YouTube Video campaigns). ● Ensure accurate setup of budgets, pacing rules, targeting, ad placements, and tracking tags. ● Manage ad trafficking, creative uploads, and troubleshooting of discrepancies.2. Maker-Checker & QA ● Act as the “Maker” in the maker-checker process, ensuring campaigns are configured as per Media Planner’s approved plan. ● Partner with CSS and Media Planner for pre-launch QA to minimize errors and reduce escalation risks.3. Day-to-Day Campaign Management ● Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and spend daily. ● Flag risks early (under-delivery, overspend, KPI variance ±20%) and propose corrective actions. ● Troubleshoot technical or platform-related issues quickly to avoid downtime.4. Optimisation & Support ● Work with Media Planner and CSS to adjust targeting, bids, or budgets based on performance data. ● Conduct A/B testing of creatives, placements, or formats where applicable. ● Maintain campaign hygiene across all platforms.5. Reporting & Closure ● Support CSS in preparing weekly updates and End-of-Campaign reports with accurate platform data. ● Share learnings from campaign execution to inform future planning cycles.Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. ● Minimum 1–4 years of hands-on experience in campaign execution and trafficking across DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Video (YouTube). ● Strong technical knowledge of ad serving, pixels, and tracking (Floodlight, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager). ● Familiarity with campaign QA tools, pacing dashboards, and reporting automation. ● Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ● Ability to manage multiple high-volume campaigns simultaneously.Key Competencies ● Hands-on expertise in DV360, Meta, and Google Video campaign execution. ● Strong troubleshooting ability — solves issues quickly and proactively. ● Detail-oriented operator who ensures accuracy in setup and delivery. ● Collaborative mindset, working closely with Media Planner and CSS. ● Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
