Manage large-scale, multi-country advertising budgets with a focus on ROI and scalability. Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and maximise performance. Oversee account structures, ensure compliance with ad policies, and troubleshoot account issues. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. Stay ahead of global digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices. Requirements 5–7+ years’ proven experiencemanaging high-budget PPC and Paid Social campaigns. Strong record of success in scaling campaigns in multiple international markets. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with performance marketing tools. Experience in audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion rate optimisation. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
