PositionSimplifyVMS as the premier VMS solutionin the market by leveragingthought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns . Leadbrand messaging and storytellingto differentiate our platform in theHR Tech SaaSlandscape. Alignmarketing efforts with sales, product, and executive leadershipto ensure a unified go-to-market (GTM) strategy.Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Drivemulti-channel demand generation programsthat fuelpipeline growth and revenue acceleration across global locations including US, EU and APAC. Develop and optimizelead acquisition strategiesthroughSEO, SEM, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), digital advertising, and marketing automation . Implement data-drivengrowth marketing tacticsto attract and convertenterprise HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders . Own and optimize themarketing funnelfrom awareness to conversion, ensuring ahigh-quality MQL-to-SQL pipeline .Content & Thought Leadership Oversee the creation ofcompelling contentincludingwhitepapers, case studies, webinars, industry reports, and blogsthat establish SimplifyVMS as atrusted authorityin workforce solutions. Collaborate withanalysts, influencers, and industry leadersto strengthen market credibility and driveearned media coverage . Develop and executeconference, event, and sponsorship strategiesto position SimplifyVMS at the forefront ofHR Tech and contingent workforce events .Customer & Partner Marketing Buildcustomer advocacy programsto leverage client success stories and testimonials in marketing efforts. Developco-marketing initiativeswithVMS, MSP, and HR Tech ecosystem partnersto expand market reach. Enhanceretention marketing strategiesthat support cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Analytics & Performance Optimization Define and trackkey marketing KPIs , includingCAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, MQL conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics . Utilizemarketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms(e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to drive campaign effectiveness. Continuously test, refine, and scale successfulmarketing programsusing A/B testing and performance analysis.Required Qualifications 10+ years of experienceinB2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing , with at least5+ years in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries . Should have prior experience of driving a 10X growth for a B2B SaaS platform over a 2-3 year period. Should have an AI first mindset and used the latest AI tools for marketing automation. Should have extensive marketing automation AI tools expertise. Extensive experience in US, EU and other global markets. Proven track record ofdriving revenue growth through digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies . Deep understanding ofHR Tech buyer personas , includingHR leaders, procurement professionals, and workforce strategy executives . Experience inmanaging global marketing campaignsandworking with enterprise sales teams . Strong expertise inmarketing automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and analytics tools . Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with agrowth mindset and data-driven decision-making approach .Preferred Qualifications Experience scalingHR SaaS platformsand marketing toenterprise clients in the contingent workforce space .
