Position:Marketing Executive Location:Pune, Maharashtra Experience:1-3 years in BTL/ATL Marketing, preferably in the EdTech/advertisingOr Media industry Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliver measurable results. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, enhance brand positioning, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. Secondary Responsibilities: Visit schools and local tuition teachers to establish partnerships. Organize and execute canopy activities and leaflet distribution outside schools, coaching centers, and public areas for data collection. Coordinate RWA (Resident Welfare Association) activities, including meeting authorized representatives and scheduling appointments with senior management. Collect and upload market data into the system. School and Admin Engagement: Visit local schools, engage with coordinators and principals, and schedule meetings with senior representatives. Participate in events such as annual functions, exams, and other key occasions to establish goodwill. Coaching and Tuition Teacher Liaison: Build relationships with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners for potential collaborations.
