Here’s what helps you thrive in this role:3–4+ years of experience managing digital marketing accounts and campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)A strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategyExperience working independently in fast-paced or startup environmentsA keen eye for both creative quality and conversion metricsAbility to think big-picture while sweating the small stuffStrong communication and collaboration skills in remote settingsBonus: Background in content strategy, brand messaging, or demand generationWHY HARMONEY?
