Hiring: Production Coordinator and Merchandiser – Ethnic Wear (₹25K/month) Location:Gandhi Nagar, Delhi |Start Date:ASAPAbout Us Shree Radha Studio – A heritage B2B fashion house with origin in the hearts of Chandni Chowk and 25+ years in premium women's ethnic wear, now expanding into new markets and categories.Role We’re looking for aProduction Coordinator and Merchandiserto manage our gown, lehenga, saree & Indo-western production lines – from sourcing the right fabrics as per design team specs to issuing them to job workers, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery with top-notch quality.Key Responsibilities Fabric Sourcing:Procure fabrics & trims as per design recipes and quality standards. Material Issuance:Allocate correct quantities to job workers as per production plans. Production Coordination:Track and manage work with job workers to meet timelines. Quality Control:Ensure consistent product quality through all stages. Reporting:Maintain progress reports and resolve bottlenecks quickly.Requirements Experience:Prior experience in apparel production/merchandising (ethnic wear preferred). Technical Skills:Strong fabric knowledge & garment construction understanding. Coordination Skills:Ability to manage multiple orders and vendors.
