You will be involved in client interactions, structured solutions, and end-to-end matter handling through defined AI systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client calls and messages through a structured AI intake process;Understand, analyse, and clearly structure AI enabled client concernsPrepare First Consultation Reports using our AI-powered case management systemAssist in managing matters from intake to structured resolutionEngage with clients with clarity and confidence, including the ability to effectively explain and position solutionsWork on documentation and internal workflowsNote: This role does not involve litigation or court appearances.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate:Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and convince clientsSound academic background and clear legal fundamentalsStructured analytical thinkingProfessional and precise communicationDiscipline and attention to detailInterest in legal process optimisation and AI integration in legal servicesEligibilityLLB (or equivalent) or final-year law studentsMust be available for in-office role (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM)If you’re looking to work at the intersection of law, systems, and technology — this role is built for you.
