Legal Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedLegal Officerto join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2- 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support. Develop and implement legal procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and correspondence. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices applicable to the BFSI industry. Excellent drafting and analytical skills for reviewing complex legal documents. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks governing the BFSI industry. Proficient in using legal software and technology to manage legal documents and data.
