We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Legal Consultants to join our team remotely.Job Summary: We are looking for talented Legal Consultants to provide expert legal advice and support to our clients while working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations. The role will also involve business development and client acquisition through virtual channels.Key Responsibilities: - Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare and review well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions. - Legal Advisory: Provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients. - Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention. - Dispute Management: Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes. - Negotiations and Client Counselling: Represent clients in negotiations and provide expert counselling virtually. - Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights. - Maintaining Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and online meetings.Qualifications: - Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi/English) - Proficient in MS Office & online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) - Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environmentWhy This Role is a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates to gain hands-on experience in legal consulting without location restrictions.
