You’ll report directly to our Head of Legal and collaborate daily with product, operations, and client success teams. You’ll:Deliver expert legal counselacross the entire trademark lifecycle: search, registration, prosecution, opposition, enforcement, and strategy,Own the client relationship , providing proactive, solution-oriented, business-aligned advice, addressing pain points, and identifying opportunities for them to use Trama,Navigate most complex trademark casesefficiently , turning ambiguity into structured decisions and practical next steps,Collaborate across teams , helping us continuously refine our legal processes, automation, and client experience.What you’ll doOn any given day, you might:Represent a client in the opposition proceedings against well-known brands,Guide a client on a cross-border enforcement strategy,Resolve a complex refusal from the UKIPO,Refine an opposition workflow to improve quality and efficiency,Mentor a teammate and provide opinions for other teams.Who you areYou come from the world of trademark law, but you’ve never been satisfied with the way things have always been done.
