We specialize in technology that boosts operational efficiency across the entire organization while giving a unique view of how your internal process is functioning and how to improve them.Job DescriptionThe Functional Lead – RIM (Regulatory Information Management) will lead global regulatory implementations and act as the primary functional authority for Veeva Vault RIM solutions.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical or regulated background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, client-focused solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation and optimization of Vault RIM modulesOwn regulatory business processes across regions (US, EU, APAC)Configure registrations, submissions, dossiers, and workflowsDrive regulatory data harmonization and governanceCollaborate with Regulatory Affairs, IT, and external partnersSupport inspections, audits, and health authority submissionsProvide functional leadership across multiple RIM workstreamsRequired Qualifications5+ years of Veeva Vault RIM functional experienceVeeva Vault RIM certification(s) (mandatory)Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, ICH)Experience leading complex regulatory programsExcellent documentation and leadership skillsCertifications Required:Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Publishing, Archive)Perks & BenefitsPermanent work-from-home opportunityFlexi Week culture (5 days / 9-day fortnight)Fixed internet allowanceOther benefitsNote: We will contact candidates who fit the current requirements.
