Experience: 7–12 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time (Permanent)Work Mode: RemoteAnnual CTC: ₹17 LPAAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Office 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can own, design, and automate Microsoft 365 environments at an enterprise scale.This is a hands-on, senior technical role suited for engineers who operate beyond day-to-day admin work and are comfortable with deep PowerShell automation, identity design, Azure integration, and operational governance.You will work across production and production-adjacent environments, handling real-world O365 challenges, improving reliability, driving automation, and acting as a technical authority for Microsoft 365 and identity-related initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and operate Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and TeamsDesign, build, and maintain advanced PowerShell automation for:User lifecycle managementLicensing and group managementReporting and governanceBulk operations and remediationManage and troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access across Entra ID and integrated servicesDesign and enforce Conditional Access, RBAC, and least-privilege modelsWork with Azure services to support identity, automation, and integrationsTroubleshoot complex cross-service issues spanning O365, Entra ID, and AzurePartner with security and infrastructure teams on compliance, governance, and best practicesParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation planningProduce clear, maintainable technical documentation for automation, standards, and operational proceduresAct as a senior escalation point and technical mentor when requiredRequired Skills & Experience7–12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Identity / Cloud engineering rolesDeep, hands-on expertise with:Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint)Advanced PowerShell scripting and automationStrong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) including:Conditional AccessIdentity governanceRole-based access control (RBAC)Solid Azure fundamentals, especially around:Identity and accessAutomation and integrationsSubscription and tenant-level conceptsProven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independentlyStrong documentation and communication skillsPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience in large-scale or multi-tenant enterprise environmentsExposure to:Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Azure FunctionsSecurity, compliance, and governance in Microsoft 365Familiarity with DevOps or Infrastructure-as-Code conceptsExperience collaborating closely with security or IAM teamsEngagement DetailsEmployment Type: Full-time (Permanent)Compensation: ₹17 LPAWork Mode: Remote
