Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, configuration, integration, and development, along with the ability to design robust solutions.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM modules to optimize software asset lifecycleDesign and develop solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and WorkflowsCustomize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirementsIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and toolsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usageProvide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow development and SAM processesRequired Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platformStrong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM module and related processesProven experience in implementation, customization, configuration, and integration of ServiceNowExpertise in designing solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client ScriptsCAD and CIS certifications are mandatoryExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesNice to Have:Experience with ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITSM moduleKnowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration pattern
