AI Developer Lead

Job Title: AI DeveloperLocation: Pune (Hybrid/ remote),Experience Required: 5+ years (Relevant AI Development Experience 2+)Work Mode: OnsiteJob Summary:We are looking for an AI Developer Lead with hands-on experience working with various AI tools, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for AI innovation, and excellent communication abilities are essential.Key Responsibilities:AI Development & Implementation:Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world applications.Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and AI-based prototypes, translating ideas into deployable solutions.Optimize and fine-tune AI models for scalability, performance, and efficiency.Integrate AI technologies into existing business processes and software applications.AI Tools & Technology Stack:Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment and scaling.Project Execution & Collaboration:Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to define AI-driven solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop AI-based recommendations.Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure AI applications are robust.Communication & Documentation:Communicate AI concepts, technical findings, and project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Document AI models, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.Team & Project Leadership:Lead Cross-Functional AI TeamsSupervise data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.Foster collaboration between AI, product, engineering, and business units.Mentor and Upskill Team MembersProvide guidance on AI best practices and professional development.Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.Drive Agile AI DevelopmentUse agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for iterative model delivery.Prioritize tasks based on impact, feasibility, and business value.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.Strong experience in building AI-driven applications, POCs, and automation solutions.Hands-on expertise with AI tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI/ML model implementation.Experience in LLMs, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI is preferred.Strong experience in Team leading.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive AI initiatives.Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.Ability to work in a hybrid model from Pune (on-site and remote).Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and projects.Collaborative environment with AI experts and business leaders.A chance to drive AI innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.Hybrid work model based in Pune.
