US IT Recruiter We are currently looking for an experienced IT recruiter who can manage the entire recruitment process for our organization. This is a remote opportunity that requires expertise in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates. Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates. Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for client updates. Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Qualifications 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (essential). Familiarity with staffing processes for TCS Implementation. In-depth knowledge of US employment regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Necessary computer hardware and internet connectivity. Comfortable working on video conferencing platforms. Work Environment Full-time remote work arrangement.
