Cyber Security Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber security Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs in information security and related domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, incident response, and risk management, coupled with strong communication and teaching skills.Position Type: Part Time / Full Time / Part-time / Freelance Experience :2 to 5 YearsCore Competency :Teaching / Trainer / Instructor / Relevant Certifications / Teaching Experience / No FreshersKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver interactive training sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended) on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.Develop and update course materials, labs, and assessments tailored to industry standards (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+).Conduct hands-on demonstrations and labs on penetration testing, network security, web application security, malware analysis, and incident handling.Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, techniques, and frameworks, incorporating them into training.Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and support learners in achieving certification and practical skills.Assist in creating Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges and simulated environments for practice.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).2–5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity (SOC, Red Team, Penetration Testing, or related).Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in cybersecurity (preferred).Strong knowledge of:Network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNsWeb and application security (OWASP Top 10)Operating system security (Windows, Linux)Common attack tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap, etc.)Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent (at least one required).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred SkillsExperience creating CTFs, labs, or real-world scenarios for learners.Knowledge of secure coding practices.Ability to mentor and motivate students of varying technical levels.Good Communication skills with English language.Job Location:Remote (New Delhi & Mumbai)If interested share your CV at hello@
