The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool. Prior experience in managingKronosprojects will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities: Act as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects. Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives. Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team. Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders. Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices. ManageKronosimplementation or support activities (if applicable). Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles. Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g.,SAP, Oracle, Workday , etc.). Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Familiarity withKronos WFM / HCMsolutions is a strong plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.Nice to Have: Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects. Exposure to tools likeJira, Confluence , orAzure DevOps . Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
