Senior Hardware Engineer

About the job We at Accolade Electronics are on the look-out for an Engineer and Sr Engineer to join our Hardware team.Must have Design and develop electronic hardware for automotive applications, ensuring EMI-EMC compliance with electrical and environmental test industry standards. Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and simulation tools (e.g., LT-SPICE, P-SPICE MATLAB) to create and optimize electronic circuits and systems. Strong knowledge of discrete component calculations and finding appropriate solutions. Proficiency in communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet etc). Strong knowledge of DFMEA, RCA methods, microcontroller peripherals, analog circuits and digital circuits. Generate & review RFQs and BOMs for new projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to discuss design specifications, project requirements, and technical challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good to have Design and integrate radio frequency (RF) components, GSM/GPS modules, and other wireless communication technologies. Experience with automotive industry functional safety and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, AEC-Q100). Knowledge of basic software development for embedded systems (e.g., C, C++, python). Familiar with quality management system process and documentation according to IATF, CMMI, ISO etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for successful CFT and stakeholder discussions. Hands on with project management & tools e.g. Jira, Code beamer etc Experience in Telematics control unit, Motor controller unit, Body control module, driver assist applications.Desired soft skills Good written and verbal communication skills.
