Project Coordinator (Banking)– Immediate StartMust be able to start within 1 week of offer.We’re supporting a leading financial services company that’s delivering large-scale banking transformation projects. They’re now hiring aProject Coordinatorto provide administrative and coordination support across critical workstreams.This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep projects on track by managing schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting. You’ll be the link between business, technology, and compliance teams, making sure deadlines are met, updates flow smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks.⚡ This is an urgent hire. The client is moving fast on interviews and decisions. Only candidates who are immediately available (within 1 week of offer) and have banking project coordination experience will be considered. ⚡What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings; managing calendars and logistics. Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation. Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs. Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance. Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting. Ensuring adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.What They’re Looking For: 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment. Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports. Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
