Product Development Specialist - Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled professional with end-to-end lifecycle experience of product development and implementation on a policy administration platform. The ideal candidate will have IT Business Analysis experience with PL/SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations. Business design/system testing, root cause analysis (RCA), and automation tool knowledge are essential skills for this role. Meticulous meetings & reviews, estimations, reporting, and documentation are crucial to the success of this position. Requirements A minimum of 8 years of life insurance and annuities product experience is required. B.TECH/MCA/MBA degree or equivalent is necessary for this position. Certifications in insurance (FLMI) are preferred but not mandatory.
