About the Role We are looking for aP&C CRE Insurance Specialistto help shape a new innovation in the U.S. commercial real estate insurance space. This is an opportunity to collaborate with some of the most successful and forward-thinking stakeholders in the industry. More details on the project will be shared once we connect.We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience supportingindustry-leading U.S.-based P&C brokers, consultants, or risk managers —regardless of where you’re based (we’re open to international candidates, with strong preference for India).Responsibilities Provide guidance on insurance documentation, workflows, and industry best practices. Advise on how stakeholders (owners, operators, brokers, insurers) manage and share critical information. Support organization and tracking of SOVs (schedules of values), COIs (certificates of insurance), binders, and master policies. Share insights from your experience working withindustry-leading firmsto inform business strategy and product direction. Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers to ensure industry alignment.Qualifications 3+ years supporting U.S.-based property & casualty brokers, consultants, or risk managers. Strong familiarity with key insurance documentation and processes (SOVs, COIs, binders, master policies, renewals, etc.). Understanding of risk management frameworks such as COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure). Comfortable advising in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Excellent communication skills in English.Contract-to-Full Time Path This role will begin as amulti-month contractwith potential to transition into afull-time positionfor the right candidate.
