Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Global Recruiter. The Global Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-caliber legal professionals to join Expert Law, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and overseeing candidate onboarding procedures. The role also involves maintaining a robust talent pipeline and ensuring timely, effective communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationshipsStrong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyKnowledge of talent acquisition tools and experience with applicant tracking systemsAbility to work remotely and independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindsetUnderstanding of or experience in the legal industry is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
