Role & Responsibilities:Conducting full-cycle recruitment for various hiring (IT / Non-IT), utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidatesScreening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fitBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidatesCollaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirementsManaging offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring processEnsuring compliance with all industry regulations and standardsUtilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectivelyStaying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practicesMeeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIsCollaborating with the team to continuously improve recruitment processesCandidate Profile:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a Recruiter in US StaffingAbility to negotiate and close offers effectivelyProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficientlyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNote: To streamline our recruitment process we have collaborated with to securely host and manage entire candidate database.
