Talent Administrator Job Description The Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities facilitating various logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with recruitment and interview processes Completing and reviewing screening assessments Documenting candidate responses Ensuring qualified candidates are evaluated Updating candidate statues in recruitment systems Timely review of applicants Scheduling non-complex interviews Escalating concerns and obstacles Providing administrative support to recruitment teams as needed For this role, we require experience and skills including: A business or office environment Customer service Administration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Fluency in English Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook) Ability to prioritize and organize work Desire to provide high level of customer service Keen interest in recruitment
