Student Recruitment Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our student recruitment team in India. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective relationship management, handling enquiries, and contributing to our regional strategy by representing us professionally and proactively across the region. Key responsibilities include organising and representing us at student recruitment exhibitions and school/college visits across India. You will respond to student and agent enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships. Support the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience. Assist with application processing and ensure accurate, timely communication with stakeholders. Conduct market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India. Liaise effectively with our wider teams involved in international recruitment. Coordinate and support inbound and outbound visits, delegations, and events. Requirements Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in education or marketing would be advantageous. You will be required to work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver our recruitment strategy.
