Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage onboarding, payroll, and compliance for our U.S. workforce. Strong knowledge of California labor laws is mandatory, along with hands-on experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems like ADP or Paycom. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and system setup. Coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using ADP, Paycom, or similar systems. Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and maintain HR records. Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, and respond to employee queries. Maintain HRIS data and generate management reports. Collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: 3–5 years of HR experience in U.S. operations. In-depth understanding of California labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration. Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or Paycom. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
