The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of delivering results in data engineering, CRM, cloud, and integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, managing job openings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Source and attract top talent in data engineering, CRM, cloud, and integration Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to closing deals Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates Requirements 5-8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting, with a focus on data engineering, CRM, cloud, and integration Proven closures in at least two of the following areas: Snowflake/Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP, Salesforce/ServiceNow, Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi Why Join Us?
