Job Title:Senior HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist Trainer Location:Remote Position Overview: We are seeking an experiencedHR Service Delivery professional (Trainer)with10+ years of expertiseinHR operations, process optimization, and employee services . The role involves overseeing HR service delivery processes while ensuringefficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction . The ideal candidate will have a strong background inHR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD) ,service governance , andcontinuous improvement . In addition, the role will includementoring and training fresh graduatesto build future HR service capability. Key Responsibilities: Oversawend-to-end HR service delivery processesincludingonboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding . Ensuredcompliancewithlabor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies . Managed and optimizedHR service platforms( Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD ). Ledcontinuous improvement initiativesto enhanceefficiency, accuracy, and employee experience . Analyzedservice metricsand prepared reports onSLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction . Collaborated withHR business partners, COEs, and leadershipto align HR service delivery with organizational goals. Providedtraining and mentorshiptonew hires and graduate traineesonHR processes, systems, and compliance . Handledescalations and complex HR service caseswith professionalism and resolution focus. Supportedglobal/regional HR service delivery models, shared service centers, or COE frameworks .
