Position Summary:Domax Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Paris. The HR Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources activities, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and professional development. This is a crucial role that will help shape our company culture and support our mission of empowering businesses through innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the digital services sector. Employee Relations:Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate and resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive and productive work environment. Performance Management:Implement and oversee performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to foster professional growth and development. Training & Development:Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligning with company goals. Compensation & Benefits:Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with French labor laws. HR Policies & Compliance:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure the company is in full compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll inputs, and handle other administrative tasks related to the HR function. Company Culture:Champion and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture that reflects Domax Consulting's values.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of French labor law and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
