UAT Test Lead

Job Title: UAT Tester – End-to-End Reconciliation (Financial Systems)Location: Remote(PAN INDIA)Duration: 12 Months ContractJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced UAT Tester with strong expertise in end-to-end reconciliation processes across financial systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating data integrity and transaction flows across platforms such as Prime, Flex, and other core financial systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data through robust UAT practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-to-end reconciliation processes across multiple financial systems (Prime, Flex, and related platforms).Validate data flow, transaction accuracy, and reconciliation outputs across upstream and downstream systems.Design, review, and execute comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios aligned with business requirements.Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development and business teams for resolution.Conduct reconciliation testing including breaks analysis, exception handling, and root cause validation.Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across systems during testing cycles.Work closely with stakeholders including business users, operations teams, and IT teams to ensure successful UAT sign-off.Support test planning, test data preparation, and environment coordination.Provide clear documentation and reporting on test progress, defects, and risks.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in UAT testing within banking or financial services domain.Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end reconciliation testing across multiple financial systems.Familiarity with systems such as Prime, Flex, or similar core banking/financial platforms.Solid understanding of financial transactions, reconciliation processes, and data validation techniques.Experience in identifying reconciliation breaks and performing root cause analysis.Strong knowledge of test case design, defect management, and UAT lifecycle.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with large-scale financial transformation or migration projects.Knowledge of SQL or data validation tools for reconciliation verification.Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.Important NoteOnly candidates with proven experience in UAT testing for end-to-end reconciliation across financial systems (Prime, Flex, or similar) will be considered.
