Construction Manager Job Description Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled construction manager to oversee various projects in Belgaum, India. Key Responsibilities: Manage project timelines and supervise agencies involved in MEP work. Support vendors to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Oversee completion of pending tasks and generate weekly reports on project progress. Execute construction projects according to approved plans and specifications, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Requirements: BE/B.Tech Mechanical – 8-10 years of experience in HVAC system design and execution. Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, IS Code, IEC code, NBC, NFPA, Green building codes, CPCB / SPCB, CGWA / SGWA. Proficiency in MS Office package, Auto CAD, SAP, MS Project. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
