Reservations Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and a clear understanding of US accent to join our team and support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring outstanding communication and customer service skills to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient reservation management.If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effortlessly with US-based guests, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesProcess refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, active listening, and professionalism.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.Train, coach, and supervise a team of reservation agents, ensuring consistent communication quality standards.Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Key CompetenciesFluent spoken English (mandatory).Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.A proactive approach to problem-solving.QualificationsSkillsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Voice clarity, fluency, and confidence in handling US customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).AbilitiesAbility to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals handling US clients strongly preferred.Prior experience in reservations or sales is a bonus.Additional DetailsWork Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night shift (aligned with US timings)Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per year based on experienceEducation: we value skills, experience, and voice quality over degrees.
